How to track several prop firm accounts in one place

Every fee, payout, drawdown limit and target on one screen instead of three dashboards and a spreadsheet.

If you are serious about prop trading you are probably running more than one account. A Topstep combine alongside an FTMO challenge. One that failed and one that replaced it. Two funded accounts and an evaluation.

Whatever the mix, keeping track of all of it is a chore unless you have the right tool.

The spreadsheet problem

Most traders start with a spreadsheet. It works until it does not.

You are updating P&L across several tabs by hand. You are trying to remember which account has which drawdown limit. You miss a daily loss limit because you did not update the sheet that morning, and now the combine is gone and you are out another evaluation fee.

That is not a discipline problem. It is an information problem.

PropTracker

PropTracker is the part of FreeTradeJournal built for this. One screen for every prop firm account you hold.

PropTracker

What it gives you:

Every account in one view. Topstep, FTMO, MyFundedFutures, Apex, or a firm I have never heard of. Add them all and see them together.

The numbers that matter during an evaluation. Balance, daily drawdown, max drawdown, profit target. Always visible, never buried.

Your true cost. Every fee, reset and payout is logged, so you know what each firm has actually cost you and paid you, not just what its dashboard says today.

A risk calculator. See what a loss today would do to each limit before you take the trade.

Why this matters for passing

The main reason traders blow evaluations is not a bad strategy. It is not knowing exactly where they stand on drawdown at the moment it matters.

When you can see every account together you make better decisions. You know when to push and when to sit on your hands. You know which account needs protecting and which one has room.

What it costs

The free plan includes one prop firm account with every fee, reset and payout tracked. Pro opens unlimited accounts for $12.99 a month or $99.99 a year.

If you are paying evaluation fees, you are already spending money. Your journal should not cost more.

Add your first account. It takes a couple of minutes.
